Hope and Help for the Families and Friends of Alcoholics
"If you've been affected by someone else's drinking, you have found the right place." Al-Anon and Alateen meetings are held throughout the world including 100+ meetings in the Seattle area each week. In these peer support groups the friends and families of alcoholics come together to share their experience, strength, and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problems and recover from the effects of problem drinking.
