• Use art to explore feelings of joy, celebration, grief, fear, etc.

• Be inspired by the Twelve Traditions and Al-Anon literature.

• Use our art materials or bring your own and share.

• Share your experience with the group (optional).

• Bring a snack & share if you wish.

• We'll provide tea and coffee.
